Standard last-ditch attempt to screw at least some money from you. Ignore it and eagerly await their Notice of Discontinuation. Please post a copy of it up here, then I'll include your case in the DCB Legal Discontinuations thread. Keep going!another_victim_newbie said:UPDATE:
DCB Legal have called me twice and left voicemails requesting I call them back. I haven't spoken to them but they have now emailed me to say they will bring the charge down from £390 to £180 to settle the case, otherwise they will continue to proceed with court. I will not be engaging with them. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This is DESPERATION
DCBL ONLY HAS TWO OPTIONS NOW
1: Go to court and be spanked
2: DISCONTINUE
Reducing it from £390 to £180 simply shows the claim is a fake anyway. They started this rubbish so they can finsh it
