    ...... or even defence
  • Hi all,

received the below letter on Friday, anything I need to be aware of, or just ignore. Also I am yet to receive anything regarding this case going to small claims court, anything to be worried about?

Seems like panic has set in.  Their claim form lacks information, which they know, hence they provide further info ?

The claim form still stands, that is what they sent to the court. If they wish to reject the HHJ MURCH ruling they must do so in front of the judge in your case
Whilst we all know there is no precedence in the Couny Court, a judge will reflect if HHJ MURCH was correct and given the CSTLAW claim form, he will probably decide HHJ  MURCH was of course correct

    DEBT COLLECTORS FEE
MET PARKING will need to prove to the judge they paid the amount and to whom

    THE SUPREME COURT RULING
The court actually said that the £85 charge (yours is £100) was fair and covered the cost of operating the scheme

NOT a letter to respond to .... still asking for money

CST must now decide how much they want to spend to prove themselves ann that is very doubful

Sent to that email address stated there?

And you got an acknowledgement auto-receipt back? (Please don't show us an auto-receipt).
