OK, but the idea of me saying that was to make you do it now (not just reply as if it's hopeless).

Search the forum for never too late WS and crack on.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Definitely, do it ASAP to your local civil court, cc to the solicitors ( or Claimant if no lawyers. ) and cc yourself too

Act now, apologise later, if you have to

    As I already advised:

Have a look at the one by @Defendant911

Read the a-f recommended exhibit list too.  You know where it is (NEWBIES FAQS).

Get a WS and evidence bundle of PDFs together and email it to the hearing court and the solicitors with no mention of lateness.

Don't call the claim form an STD... you don't want one of those!
  • With my court date coming up, is there any pointers or advise? I have sent my ws (evidence). Just wondering if there is something I should brush up on before my attendance.

Know your defence and WS well; you might even write yourself a crib sheet so that you know where to go to for key points and evidence.  Try to think of tricky questions the judge might ask and have an answer.
