We have an endowment for our first house maturing on 01/01/24 which is on track to pay out £32k - £33k with my husband's wage paying the rest. By the 1st Jan we should be down to a 5 figures so halving it in 2024 will be amazing.Thank you for doing this.0

Hi @julicorn, could I join for the first time please? We’ve been paying a healthy £400+ off the mortgage each month since we moved almost 3 years ago but have just scaled that back to about £100 in the last few months to help with COL cash flow. Ideally we’d like to increase again this year so I’m going to set a target of £2400 and see how we go with that. Many thanks, Custard.
#68 is all yours.

Mortgage_Minimiser said:Please can i join again - i was #13 last year. Not usually superstitious but 2023 has been awful, ending with redundancy so I would like a clean slate - new number please if possible.
The rates on my mortgage are now increased and the interest is £808.80 per month - so despite not yet having a new job I am going to aim to at least cover that, so my target is (gulp) £9705.60.
Wish me luck lol!
