I received my PIP payment on 9/12 along with a separate £10 payment on 9/12; my 1st payment of PIP which was backdated and paid in December22 so I'm not sure if I received it or not and in all honesty I wasn't aware of this bonus but I am now ~ now I've the big decision of what I spend it on...0

Mrs got hers in payment on friday. Just a extra £10 in normal PIP payment.Life in the slow lane0

I remember several years back I got two or three years backpaid at once because they had forgotten to pay it out for one type of benefit, I cannot for the life of me remember which one it was (either Income Support, ESA or DLA as those were the ones I have been on). But I have always had it paid since then, since I know to now check for it.0

Thanks for the replies guys! Still haven't received mine yet, just gonna have to wait and see until the 1st January and if I don't get it, I'll call the PIP office in my local area.
If anyone on PIP still hasn't received it yet, let me know via reply. Thanks again!0 -

Nor me,
Mine will be put to good use, 1 lemon drizzle cake, 10 mini choc rolls, 1 iced fruit cake & 5 jam doughnuts. The bit of change left over I'll properly waste.

Finally! Mine came in just now. Better late than never.
I would to thank everyone for their replies and to those who haven't received it yet still... after the holidays are over on the 2nd January, whichever benefit you are on, don't hesitate to contact your local Jobcentre Plus or Benefit office to be sure that you get it.
£10 isn't much obviously, but money is money, especially in these tough times.
Wishing you all and your families and loved ones a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year!
