Nothing to see,  standard stuff,  they wont be attending , but may contract an advocate to attend on the claimants behalf , or they will leave it to the judge to decide,  on papers

Sounds like the last scenario is likely. If so, it might make it easier for me to win.

Other people or newbies may read this saga and so the facts need to be clear,  especially as to who was defending as the true Defendant  ( and who was helping the Defendant,  you, me and all the others who offered advice   )

If your father wins,  it's due to the help that he received along the way

Indeed. Hopefully my misunderstandings will help the next person. No doubt I wouldn't have gotten this far without the help from this community. So regardless of the outcome next week, a big thank you!

    Hi all,

Just doing some last minute prep before the hearing tomorrow. Is anyone aware of recent hearings with UKPC? I'm searching the forum as the newbie thread states but there aren't really any. There's not too many non UKPC court hearings either for that matter.

Do a search on the title of a well known queen song,  involving a number, the mouth and tiny dry dirt, 5 words

That should bring up court cases with feedback

Narrow the search to the last 3, 6 or 11 months, using the filter

Look your local court up on CourtServe.

Is your case tomorrow even listed?
