My start point with anything electrical is that if I'm not 100% certain what I need to do, get the professionals in.  I will replace a single light switch or a socket, but won't touch anything more complex for the reason stated by Mr.Generous above.

    What exactly is 'complex' here?
Four earth wires are connected together.
Four red 'line' wires are connected together.
Three black 'neutral' wires are connected together.
The light is connected to neutral (has to be black/blue) wire and to 'switched line' (black with red sleeve).
Everything is easy to reproduce with wagos (4-5 ports, 2 ports) or other special junction box.

If the OP thinks it is complex he/she shouldn't attempt to replace it.  You may understand electrical wiring but the OP clearly doesn't, neither do I.

If the new light fitting doesn't have an earth terminal, then either:
    1. It doesn't need one because it's double insulated.
    2. You bought a dodgy Chinese light fitting from a dodgy web site.
If it's the former, then connect all the earth wires to each other and tuck them safely out of the way.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
