First Direct Switching Offer with Top Cashback

Thought I'd try my luck again for a First Direct £175 payment for switching even though I had one 6 years ago and also an HSBC switch bonus in 2022. I went via Top Cashback and despite not tracking initially paid out £40 into account today. (It's now £45 I think) The switch is not due to complete till 12/12/23 so surprised and quite happy even if I don't get switch payment which I don't expect.
Cheers!!!

Yes That's how it works. Just go as far as you can. it asks you to enter name and email then go to app to complete application. It worked for me.Cheers!!!1

Mines via Quidco didn't track. Raised claim for £49.50 and saying up to 6 months. My switch was Friday just gone and waiting to see if I will get the £175 too.0

I went via TCB and it has taken since 23rd November til 10th Dec to pay in. At first I wondered how on earth it would track as you have to come away from their website completely and carry on in the App via app store download etc but I guess when you put your email address etc in to First Direct website this is enough for them to track and FD to confirm setup of account.
I am yet to receive my £175 switch bonus in to my account though, I put £1,000 in on very first day the account was fully opened (1 day after I applied for it) and then immediately withdrew it. Wonder if that may not have been enough / timings would prevent them from paying? My full switch completed on 6th December. If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.

Can you get the £45 for just opening an account (without doing a switch)?0
