Travel Insurance NO cancellation cover

I want medical travel insurance which does not include cancellation, baggafe etc. Tried google searches ad nauseam. Does anyone have any ideas.

I suspect that the medical cover is the part that contributes to the majority of the premium (and potential costs) so a policy without cancellation / baggage etc. would not be much cheaper and simply not enough demand for insurers to create that type of policy.

So you'd be happy spending 6 months in a hospital in the country you are travelling to?

If you wanted purely medical cover then there is international Private Medical Insurance but its an expensive annual policy and covers full health cover not just medical emergencies like Travel does

Choose any time period from 3 to 11 months and only pay for the cover you need. That means you don’t need to waste money on an annual policy when you won’t need to use it for the whole year.
