  • I think these surveys can be misleading....
    We are all different .....how we use our bank accounts (branch, online, app), our requirements are different, our wealth, needs, overdraft requirements are all different, no two people are the same. So a blanket average rating may be totally wrong for some. I look at some of those ratings and it doesn't reflect my experience.

    But yes, can't disagree with the principle, although I tend to see independent structured surveys with thousands of respondents as being more reliable than individual opinions expressed by those who are doing so because they feel strongly one way or the other, as will always be seen on threads like this, and on review sites.
