    I went into Chichester Lush on Boxing Day and spent £65, but came away with £130 worth of freebies including their wonderful Gorgeous face cream and gift boxes. Well worth a visit!

    When I got one of my "free sale" boxes back home the other day I noticed that all of the bath bombs were broken :( I contacted customer services by email to let them know and they have sent me £15 in vouchers which arrived this mornin ... I told them it was my free sale item and that the item should have only cost £11 in the first place but they said it didn't matter.

    Big thumbs up to good customer service!!!

    Just got a gift box worth £26 at the Oxford store, there seemed to be plenty left!
