I've received another LBC through the door today. This time from Gladstone's.
This one is weird, as the PCN is dated 30th July 2023.
Now the 3 previous PCN's in this thread, that I went to court, and won. Were for 19th, 29th and 31st July.
My 3 previous PCNs I fought were issued by UKPC and solicitors being DCB Legal.
However this time, Gladstones have sent an LBC through the door, for a date inbetween 2 of the previous PCNs, but their client is now "Intelli-Park Limited".
This new PCN is for the same location, (my own private parking space for my old apartment).
I received no prior PCN or LBC for this new one, as in the LBC that arrived today, Gladstones have stated they wrote to me last month to a different address, and have since run a UK Search trace incase I had moved address.
So I don't actually know what the claim is, and this LBC doesn't even include an actual claim basis.
Just PCN no. date, location and £ amount.
The previous 3 claims were all on the basis of "invalid permit". I'm assuming this will be the same.
Is there an efficient way for me to handle this new LBC, knowing that, I went to court June 19th 2025 and won against all 3.
Does anyone have experience with contacting the courts prior to court proceedings being started, I'm thinking of doing this, providing to court my case number from June. And trying to have this new LBC written off before it begins. I don't particularly care for going through court proceedings for another 2 years for a case I've effectively already won. And how many more times are they going to try this once I win a court case again.
But I do find it odd, they've picked another PCN, this time in the middle of my previous ones, and the client name is different to the previous 3. As if, 2 separate companies are governing my 1 allocated parking spot.
Lastly though, do I have any basis for harassment here, I spent 2 years going through this, won. And now they've picked up another solicitor, to try again. I just can't understand why it's randomly a different client now.
Cheers

There was another similar Intellipark and Gladstones post today, so perhaps they just got an Intellipark litigation contract ?
I am wondering if its I Park, but only I Park seem to be on the IPC AOS members list, yet each has its own website1 -
Intelli-park is a new name used by UKPC.
It was in Parking News a year or more ago.
So this is another PCN same as the others and an abuse of process to pursue these separately. Say nothing. Let them file a claim in the name of the wrong Claimant. Perfect!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
