    Their phone ‘menu’ is surprisingly good though. Instead of automated nested menus (there are none), they make use of modern AI that’s sufficiently advanced to interpret complex sentences and respond naturally like a human, before swiftly putting you through to an actual human. Absolutely none of that unctuous robotic recital with keyword recognition that falls apart at the whiff of minor interference forcing you to repeat yourself ad nauseam until you feel like taking a sledgehammer to the machines shielding human support staff.

    If you say 'speak to a person' to 'Ada' she puts you straight through (to a queue). It's pretty good

    All I got was "There is no-one available. Please phone  etc." and that was inside normal office hours. And I tried more than once.

    I have only the EA account and was able to set up a payee online. It did a verification  check and is good to go.
