Door handle for this 1930s style door

The handles should be in the horizontal bar across the middle of the doors. Putting them halfway down is not correct at all. If you have knobs and I don’t think you want them you can’t have them half way down because there isn’t enough room for the knob and your fingers. I was looking for 1930s doors today and lots came up.DRP said:Holy moly, please DO NOT put your handles in the middle of the door like in that howdens picture!0
