Oh dear, you did not receive a "fine" and you have paid a useless so called debt collector for a debt you didn't have, they are both laughing all the way to the bank, and you will just have to move on with the experience of being had behind you, sorry!

Ok thanks, lesson learned. Why is there no media coverage about this?! My new mission is to spread the word!

Sorry one more question, I used to use the automated ringgo payments feature but they stopped it without informing people until 6.12.23 and I had 3 fines prior to that, which I paid. But according to this i shoudl be able to claim the fines back?
Hello RingGo user,
You are receiving this service information message because you have recently parked in a South Western Railway car park using our LatePay product. Please be aware that, as of 1st December 2023, RingGo LatePay was withdrawn and is no longer offered at these car parks.
Going forward, parking will need to be booked on your arrival, not when you return to your vehicle when departing the car park or you will receive a parking fine.
If you have incurred a parking fine as a result of LatePay no longer being available since 1st December 2023 and before receiving this email in your inbox, please appeal via PCN and this will be corrected.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,
RingGo

I think you can still watch it on Channel5 online. You will learn a thing or two.

(I'm amazed and saddened that you thought some letters from a private firm were 'fines' and paid three... this is why we do what we do. Absolutely outrageous scam industry).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
