Octopus Account Issues
Has anyone else had an issue with account balances with Octopus?
I've just logged on this evening to see if the latest bill is available, which it isn't yet, but have been met with the horror on the attached.
I'm really hoping it's a glitch in the system somewhere!

Mine looks OK, except my DD payment on the 1st hasn't registered yet, although it has gone from my bank account.
Maybe they are doing weekend maintenance on the computer system?0 -

Yes, they all look OK and not oit of the ordinary. I've also checked the balance tracker tool they have and nothing looks untoward. Have emailed them for clarification.Spoonie_Turtle said:Ooh dear!

Mines fine, no new bill yet for November usage and no DD on the 1st taken
