    No, it's appallingly slow and often does not open up. Therefore it is difficult to know which address to send your claim to etc.

    Also, when you reach the end of your contract you need to go through hoops to terminate the contract, ie phone them up, get something called a DRN number, then write to them with the DRN number. Apparently they won't give the DRN more than 34 days before contract end is due. Therefore they are inhibiting the termination process. I've written to OFCOM about it so let's see what happens.
  • Thanks Steve for the info,my contract dosn't end till June so I had better start putting preparations in place for it.
