Buyer bought and paid for two items separately - can I post together?

  • Is it easy enough to contact them and ask if it was deliberately separate orders? There might be a reason they did it.

    A gesture of goodwill in lieu of lower costs being incurred. When I used to trade on Ebay did exactly this. A great way of building relationships with customers.

    The only thing I would check is that the address is the same for both orders before you dispatch them. 
  • Purchase the postage on Ebay using the bulk option (rather than doing them individually) and you should get a combine orders option highlighted in the top right above the orders to be posted, Click that and Ebay will combine them into one order for posting purposes.
