Have a read and if you have further questions feel free to askThanks, that's the one and it looks like I'm going to have some issues there.
Firstly, I have no photo ID. I first claimed UC in April of last year when I was in full-time employment and had to provide whatever other forms of ID which I had available at the time at the JC.
Part of this was a basic DBS check certificate, and although I wasn't immediately aware of this it had actually expired after the 3 year limit so I now most definitely won't be able to use that. If I hadn't have had the DBS I might have had some difficulties otherwise and it was a nightmare in getting that without photo ID.
Regarding bank statements, all payments are/have been paid in to an extremely basic savings account. All statements that I am aware of, and all but certain of, are online only. If I can't obtain original printed copies any ideas where this would leave me?
Basic background to my other circumstances are that I'm 65, made redundant 3 months ago and waiting for a WCA due to a number of health issues. Have had nothing to do with out of work or similar benefits in virtually 35 years and I've found the whole process a total confusing and recurring nightmare.
Thanks all.

Online statements are fine. For my compliance check I downloaded pdf statements from all 3 of my accounts and submitted those.
They do want issued statements, so documents with name, address, opening and closing balances.
When it's time a To Do will appear on your journal, with an upload link for what they have asked for. Once you have uploaded the documents, the To Do and upload link will dissappear.
A journal entry will be automatically created to show you have completed the tasks.2 -

I'm sure I read somewhere on here a while ago that someone had an issue with them not accepting online statements though?Apart from statements and ID is there much else involved?, although I'll have to go to the JC with alternative forms of ID which is most likely to be a nightmare.0 -
That may have been a comment by me, I initially went onto online banking, did a date range search and submitted that transaction list.
Was incorrect as they wanted issued statements.
I then submitted online pdf issued statements and these were accepted.
So after I submitted what they asked for, a phone appointment was booked and during the call I was asked about any other money and about some of the transactions shown on my statements.
As my money on paper was over £6k, I was then tasked with sending in individual pages showing all the CoL payments I had received.
I then had a journal message confirming my eligible capital was under £6k, the check was complete and my UC payments were correct.1 -

For me yes, but according to the Gov page already linked to they can ask for other things.1
