    Hi everyone,
    Update regarding my case
quick reminder what this case is about "£300 parking  charges plus £180 recovery costs and legal fees for parking outside of marked bay and it is residual parking where I live .I followed all the steps and it was really useful as notice straight away that the PoC is not CPR complaint as the claimant did not set out the conduct and where was this carpark but unfortunately it has passed the CNBC and it went all the way to hearing and it took more than year to get hearing date.

I know I have not been posting much just because everything was pretty much straightforward in this forum and it took bit time for the hearing date.
I would like to thank everyone in this forum.
I had hearing to day in Kingston upon Thames and judge found that the PoC is not CPR complaint and poorly pleaded claim but he did not strike it out which I find it really weird but give the claimant chance for adjournment and
asked the claimant to file and serve new PoC CPR complaint n two weeks time and the defendant to submit new defence in four weeks time and Ws in the 15 of May .
such waste of time for small claim and now I am back to square one and I have to redact new defence
I will be sharing WS from BW legal and they seems not happy with defence temple in this forum

Did anyone have been through this where the judge found that the claimant are not CPR complaint but give them chance to form new one and grant them adjournment ?
Any help will be much appreciated
    thank you

Yep! And do we care what they think? No.

This adjournment is a ludicrous waste of your time and court resources, when the authorities of CEL v Chan and CPMS v Akande should have persuaded the Judge to strike the claim out.

The CEL v Chan was very persuaded and found that it is not CPR compliant but give the chance these scammers to file and serve CPR complaint

We've seen it before, yes. Particularly where it was only a Directions Hearing,
