Looks good but needs a grammar check as there are some words missing in sentences.

    ...and a spell check.

Seems to be something about camping in paragraph 6.
    "exclusive use of tents"   ;)

yes , I will double check and I will repost it again.
  • Hi there,

I have edited my draft .

    """

5.The Defendant is a resident of Andrews House and was issued a parking permit for one designated bay.

6.The defendant was parked in a bay for the sole use of the residents of Andrews House, Carver House, and Somers House. The defendant was parked in a space on Andrew's property that was not his parking bay because there was no visitor, loading, or unloading bay available to use, and the defendant was advised by the housing officer (landlord) to use the unmarked bay if necessary.

7.The defendant's vehicle was parked in an underground car parking area that includes designated parking spaces for some residents as well as a general area for residents who do not have a designated parking space. The underground parking is only accessible by a key fob issued to residents. Any vehicles parked there are thus legally permitted to be there.

    8. The Defendant believes the Claim should be struck out at Allocation stage and should not have been accepted by the CNBC due to a represented parking firm Claimant knowingly breaching basic CPRs. """

Change this (below) back to the properly pleaded wording linked in the NEWBIES thread (residential key fob case):

  • Change this (below) back to the properly pleaded wording linked in the NEWBIES thread (residential key fob case):

"Any vehicles parked there are thus legally permitted to be there. "

Any vehicles parked therein are, therefore, de facto authorised to be there. "

I will replace it with "
Any vehicles parked therein are, therefore,
de facto authorised to be there."
  • Hi there all,
it is been be long time I have posted about case because I followed all steps and I haven't  heard from the Court until last week when  I received the letter from my local county court asking to submit Ws and evidence , I will be attaching letter here
my question is do I have to include a copy of  each similar cases that I rely on in my WS and Evidence for example (In Pace v Mr N [2016] C7GF51J1)exhibit 1   ..  Jopson v Homeguard [2016] B9GF0A9E etc .
I am little bit confused because I could find all these case on pdf or just photo it.

    thank you

    Hi
Couple days ago, I have received a claim form for a parking fine from last year .
I received 3 parking tickets last year from where live residential parking and reason was for Parked outside the confines of marked bay .
I have  received them letter 6 week later from date issued with no notice to the driver until they came through the post and I have applied each one them but no chance despite telling them when I have been given the key for the flat and one parking permit
I have ask the housing officer what about a visitor bay and she told me you can use that empty spot in the park area .
where I live we have only one parking bay and there is no parking bay for visitor nor loading and unloading bay so if you wan to load/unload you have to use somebody parking bay.
The fee is now £480 plus £50 court fee and £50 legal costs, so £580.

Just reminding everyone what your case is about.  Can you show us the Claim form?
