Hi all
Not sure if this the right place but I received a broken TV , which I have returned
What I wanna know is, can any of these factors damage the screen across n have chip top screen - If driver is holding TV upside down , pulling TV out box from the bottom, slightly lifting TV to screw base
Plus I thought new TV have like plastic sheet on it you peel , this did not , is there chance this was displayed TV ?
I just want to make sure when I get exchange - Am not doing anything wrong or try to prevent faulty product??

If the product is faulty and you didn't damage it, then it doesn't matter how the driver delivered it or whether it had a plastic sheet or not. Return it.

I'd just suggest maybe using 2 people if it's a large tv and try not to touch the screen and avoid twisting the screen/frame at all0
