Pleased to report that my claim has now been dropped!Around 2 weeks ago I received a notice of intention to proceed and then yesterday to my surprise, I had a letter from BW Legal stating they have been instructed by the claimant to no longer pursue the debt and close the file. Attached along with the letter was a notice of discontinuance confirming all of the claim has been discontinued.
