As well as what @Coupon-mad has written, the standard defence template contains many references to signs.  You still have at least one "the defendant"!

I have not yet updated this shared file, I've changed all the wording on my own copy!

I think the witness statement otherwise sounds like a good defence, hoping others agree? I will send off copies tomorrow.

You state  -  "2. In my statement I shall refer to (Exhibits 1-12)...."  -  but only state 10 in the Table.
