However, after checking the mobile providers mobile payment  and/or pay and display machine audit reports for your stay, there are no transactions for the registration mark which would suggest there has been a "major keying error" when purchasing a pay and display ticket/mobile payment session"

The machine screen was blank when I arrived  so that's why I tried re entering my reg.

OK, ignore them now then.  Perfectly safe.  Don't tell us about £170 debt demands.

Hi all. Just got letter from debt discovery plus. Do I phone them or just leave it. 
On letter it say reason for issue. No valid pay and display/permit was purchased. Or should I right to eurocarparks again.

What didn't you understand in the post by @Coupon-mad immediately before yours?

Hi all. It's been a while. But I have just received a letter from HM Courts & Tribunal Services. Do I fill in the defence forms with a photo of my pay and display ticket and  my version of events or should I see a solicitor or Citizens advice bureau. Can I apply for a longer time(more than 14 days). Because I am on holiday next week. Thanks @coupon-mad

Ok finally got my letter I've applied for 28 days extension because I'm on holiday. Also had email saying they will accept £20 and not proceed with the court.

Firstly, who sent you the letter, and second, can you please post up a copy of the email offering £20, (redacted as necessary).

Haha!

So they spent a court £35 fee filling a claim and will now accept £20 to crawl back under their stone. This IS worth considering and would be considered a win in our view!

So you think I should consider paying the £20? I was going to send my view of what happend. Hope the court sees I'm right.
