Northern Ireland car park private fine - resolver

I borrowed my husbands car and parked in M&S, did my shopping and was less than ten mins over the allotted time and my husband got a fine through the door. We ignored it as were told this cannot be legally enforced and also it was me driving my husbands car and the fine was addressed to him, something which I thought was an issue in NI as the driver of car (me) was not named in the fine.
Anyway it went to resolvecall and they with a warning letter have called to our house. He was not in but they left a card. I’m absolutely terrified and have worked so hard over the years to reduce serious debt and don’t want this to affect mortgages etc. Could anyone offer advice on what happens next?

Thanks but I imagine it’s too late for that now it has been handed over to a creditor.0

It's not a "fine"How could they possibly know who was driving, you don't need to tell them and shouldn't the rules are different in NI have you read the Newbies thread on here yet?If I understand correctly "Resolvecall" are just debt collectors that have very unusually called, don't engage with them you have a speculative invoice not a debt. You need to tell us who the PPC was. It's never too late to contact the landowner.1

Correct - but it's not a fine. It's nothing.
DO NOT PAY. No need to be scared. Please show us the letter and the card. There will be nothing 'Resolvecall' can do but it wpuld be useful for us to see these documents:Anyway it went to resolvecall and they with a warning letter have called to our house. I’m not sure who the PPC was. My husband ripped the card up and is refusing to pay but I fished it out of the bin for you to have a look lol. Thanks for the input it makes me feel a little better. I’ll read the newbies thread now. (Removed by Forum Team)0

Look at their website.
You realise you can ignore them because these people are not bailiffs. Nothing can happen. If you answer the door tell them the keeper wasn't driving so isn't liable for any parking charge, so "go away".PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
