Civil National Business Centre Claim form for parking in a retail park

Apologies but I am finding searching the forum pretty difficult and I do appreciate this question has probably already been asked and answered, if only I could find it. I have been getting letters for somebody using my car and parking in a retail store car park outside of 'their' allowed hours. I don't know anything about this as I am not the only driver. I have ignored these letters as in the past it has proved useless to reply. Anyway, I now have a Claim Form from CNBC that I want to dispute as I have no recollection of this parking occurrence and my other drivers do not know anything about it. And yes, I will want to make a counter claim for having to take an unpaid day off work for this, plus expenses to travel. Is there a post to help me 'word' this defence on here?
Much appreciated.

I now have a Claim Form from CNBC that I want to dispute as I have no recollection of this parking occurrence and my other drivers do not know anything about it.Show us the Claim form but cover your data, the VRM, Claim no. and the MCOL Password. And yes, I will want to make a counter claim for having to take an unpaid day off work for this, plus expenses to travel. No you don't. That's not a counterclaim. Costs are separate and not a claim or counterclaim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?1

Hope you can see that ok?

I think it states the breach:
NO PARKING OUT OF HOURS
...so just use the Template Defence without the extra CEL v Chan words & transcript linked in it as an optional extra.Easy. Only show us your added paragraph.
Is the date of Issue top right, 21st Nov?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

With a Claim Issue Date of 21st November, you have until Monday 11th December to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Thursday 28th December 2023 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.1
