No response from them via Twitter yet. The moment I got the error message I suspected a phone call would be needed which is a bit annoying as like I say, others were wanting this too. I'll take a look at alternatives.0 -

Not as good as Tesco offering, but better than Chase.
I really liked the Zopa pots, but getting better rates with NLA Santander and Tandem EA accounts at the moment.

I think if you have 5 or 6 old accounts still visible once you do manage to log on you will need to call and have them removed as this will prevent you from opening a new accountnewatc said:I had similar experience. Dipping back here in case someone else finds themselves in this position.
Basically there doesn't seem to be any other option if you want one of these accounts - you HAVE to phone them. They'll then delete your old profile & you sign up as a new customer again (I'm yet to try that last bit as still at work but they assure me it'll now work).0 -
Does anyone know if it's possible to rename your internet saver account to something else?
Example: "Rainy Day Fund" "Dave's Holiday Pot" etc?
A bit of Googling suggests that at least it USED to be possible, but following the directions seem to be out of date as I can't seem to find anywhere to change the name of the account at all.0 -

No matter, just means a bit of extra leg work on the spreadsheet. Small price to pay for keeping the pots in 1 spot which was a higher priority.0
