    I received an unexpected refund last week and I kept it aside to add for the challenge.
    Debt free journey started 30/08/2023:

    CC1 - 5,151.92 now 5,335.15
    CC3 - 4,166.15 now 5,345.28
    CC4 - 4,625.87 (balance transfer from CC2) now 5,717.24
    Current outstanding: 16,397.67
    Debt free by Jul 2027.

    1). Mortgage (started Jan 2024) £102,000.00 / £122,400.00 Overpayment total: £1239.11 (Inc Sprive yr 1 & 2 o/p £70.93, £5.52 Natwest o/p & £55.34 reg monthly overpayment) Equity 30%

    2). #TBC Save 1p a day challenge 2026 £0/£780

    3). £2,411.31/£3000 in Investment ISA (33/50 investments)

    4). Sensible money choices & debt reduction

    5). Lose weight, get fitter and read 12 books in 12 months in 2026.
  • Covered Jan and Feb's amounts so far, and made 1p in interest for January ;)

  • #29 £24 paid in for Feb.

    it was only after I transferred the money I realised it should have been £13 something for Feb. I won't be saving in December so will consider the overpayment as covering some of the December amount.
