Right, I've not contributed much to the advents this year, so I thought I'd do 'my bit'. I played the vid a few times and froze it to note sightings.  Tricky bit is, are they looking for every hat, every elf hat, every elf moving hat? Anyway, here is what I found...

3 secs in hat rushes right to left, bottom of screen

27 secs, santa hat printed right of bottle rack

36 secs hat rushing right to left, bottom of screen

45 secs two staff members are wearing hats, hers is elf hat. Is his?

49 secs elf sitting on left side of counter

59 secs hat rushes right to left, bottom of screen

1.09 elf on Christmas tree

So it's 8 in total, counting everything. Do we think the two staff member are both wearing elf hats though?

EDIT: But see One-Eye's post below, making a total of 9 - I think that's what I'm gonna go for. Then we can blame One-Eye, instead of me 🌞

@Blulu I agree with your score. I wasn’t sure about the Santa hat by the bottles but it does say Santas little helpers underneath so I’d call that an elf hat Cheers

I agree with @Blulu except at 24-27 seconds there are two on the shelf edge...

... so that makes 9 in total.
