There's a video at the bottom of the home page.  I counted 7 including the staff and the elfs on the tree. Does anyone agree?

X-Box Series S

The video is on the home page. I have watched it 4 or 5 times now and have counted 3 every time, except once when I thought that there were 4.
I am pretty sure that the answer is 3, but if somebody could please double check as I am sleep deprived.

I was initially concerned that there could be random hats all over the place but given the nature of their appearances, I was assuming that it was the ones added to the video that scroll along the bottom of the screen.

Yeah, I initially counted the 3 running across the screen so I'm not sure what to put. In two minds what to enter.
