Probate - no inheritance tax, but do I need to submit other forms?

Situation is that my grandmother has passed away and will have more than 325k, but my Grandfather had previously passed away and not used any of his allowance, so I think I'm right in thinking my grandmothers estate can be 650k before paying inheritance tax, and it's less than this.
We will need to apply for probate (PA1P) but are there any other forms I need to submit to effectively declare that we don't need to pay inheritance tax?!
The more I read the more confused I get so any help would be appreciated!

Yes, the total will be £650k and if it is under that it will be an excepted estate so there will be no need for any IHT forms. (Assuming they were married). The only form needing to be completed will be for probate.
  • Great, thank you! Yes they were married.
