Hi after reading the NEWBIE thread and following the planA which unfortunately didn't work Im stuck on what to do next.
So heres my dilemma, on 22/10/2023 I parked over on dean street birmingham thingking it was the car park for the King of Kings Buffet but the staff there told me to move my car which I did and last Saturday I received a PCN which has the final reminder which surprises me since I never got the first one and my friend also park there briefly but he/she never got any letter. The parking management in question is euro parking services. I followed plan A but I received no reply at all. So can anyone guide me on the next steps.

The usual reason for not receiving a PCN is that your V5C is not up-to-date with the correct address; is it? For how long did you park in Dean St? More or less than 10 minutes?1

Who is the parking company1

My v5c is up to date. I never move address since I bought the car. Its like 8 mins. And I dont understand why am I the only one got fined because my friend park there the same amount of time next to my car.Le_Kirk said:The usual reason for not receiving a PCN is that your V5C is not up-to-date with the correct address; is it? Are you still in time to submit an appeal? If not, just wait for a letter before/of claim, then follow the advice in the NEWBIE after Plan A & B. The fact that others did not get PCNs makes no difference to you (but I now see your friend received a final reminder). You could be forgiven for thinking the PPCs go straight to final reminder!1

Very fishy, as you say, a cynic could be forgiven for thinking the PPCs go straight to final reminder.
Apart from the advice above, tell your front to come here too and neither of you will be paying nor trying IAS appeal.
See NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The window for that is closed im afraid. But I can still try emailing their customer support. I find it sketchy that they didnt send any first letter and I read reviews on google that they do this all the time. Perhaps trying to avoid people from appealing?. On my complaint should I asked them proof of sending the first letter?Le_Kirk said:Are you still in time to submit an appeal? Parking firms don't have 'customer support'. Not in reality.
And they don't have to prove sending the first letter. The appeal won't work. Ignore them unless you eventually get a court claim to defend.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
