Mira electric shower problem

Good morning all.
I would be grateful for some advice please.
I have recently fitted a new Mira Go 8.5kw electric shower.
When it was installed it worked OK with lots of hot water.
The following day & every time since there has only been cold water regardless of the temperature setting.
I took the first unit back thinking it was faulty but the same issue has occurred with the new unit.
Any suggestions before I contact a plumber please.
Many thanks.

Have a chat with Mira customer service. It is possible that you have had two faulty devices from the same batch. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Who fitted both showers for you?0

We had a Mira shower installed some years back, and it only ran cold. Turned out there was a little micro switch inside that makes sure the circuit board etc. is properly seated. Because of the angle the water pipe came in, it had pushed the case marginally away from the wall and released the switch. Mira engineer sorted that out, under warranty after a bit of discussion, as our builder had installed it!

Izzitme.
The 'Go' has a wee on/off button on the front, yes? In which case, if water flows when this wee button is pressed, then it's clearly receiving power.
Could you confirm:
1) the isolator switch has a red light that comes on when 'on'? And is off when 'off'?
2) this red light remains on when you then turn on the Mira?
3) you have tried every power level setting, and every flow setting from min to max?
4) at max flow - ie coolest setting - the water spray coming out the handset is powerful?
