Have a chat with Mira customer service. It is possible that you have had two faulty devices from the same batch. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Who fitted both showers for you?0

If you could fit it well enough to work on day 1, it is hard to see why it refuses to work on day 2. Having said that, you presumably tightened the screws on the choc block fully, so as to get a good connection?izzitme said:No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

We had a Mira shower installed some years back, and it only ran cold. Turned out there was a little micro switch inside that makes sure the circuit board etc. is properly seated. Because of the angle the water pipe came in, it had pushed the case marginally away from the wall and released the switch. Mira engineer sorted that out, under warranty after a bit of discussion, as our builder had installed it!

Izzitme.
The 'Go' has a wee on/off button on the front, yes? In which case, if water flows when this wee button is pressed, then it's clearly receiving power.
Could you confirm:
1) the isolator switch has a red light that comes on when 'on'? And is off when 'off'?
2) this red light remains on when you then turn on the Mira?
3) you have tried every power level setting, and every flow setting from min to max?
4) at max flow - ie coolest setting - the water spray coming out the handset is powerful?
