    Re lucky. - My wife also had a trouble free Transfer from Virgin so doubly lucky, I wonder how much data you are basing your negative view on.

    Re unfortunate - don't quite understand your point. I got a 5.9%1 year fixed with Nat west. Pretty good I think.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
