Help with jpeg photos in mac

Many thanks I have sorted my problem. Thank you to Ixl i had not downloaded them from the cloud onto my computer. Silly me!!400ixl said:

Thank you all. I hadn't downloaded them from the cloud. All sorted now.

Save the email attachments to your Mac hard drive.  Use the Photo App on Mac and do "File", "import".  The App can import jpegs.
