    Many thanks I have sorted my problem. Thank you to Ixl i had not downloaded them from the cloud onto my computer. Silly me!!400ixl said:

    Save the email attachments to your Mac hard drive.  Use the Photo App on Mac and do "File", "import".  The App can import jpegs.
