Wearing a good quality eye mask to cut out all light might help; I always wear one. As others have said, don't use any technology that emits light, e.g. phone/laptop/tablet for at least half an hour before you go to bed. Some people find that having a lavender sachet (or something that smells of lavender) is a good sleep aid. If you wake up and find yourself tossing and turning, get up for a short while and read, (but not using an electronic device and nothing that is likely to make your thoughts go whirring around). Try to limit your alcohol and don't eat heavy, spicy or fatty meals in the evening.

I have found on a night during the week after work, i am spending alot of time on the internet listening to music videos as a way of unwinding. However this i feel goes on too late, then i am late having my tea at around 11pm. Then i am feeling exhausted the next day. I kindly wondered how i should reschedule things slightly should i set a time limit on this activity, or try change the activity completely and maybe do some light exercise in an evening please? If anyone kindly had any thoughts on this i would be forever grateful and thankful, it would be highly appreciated.
