@Albermarle thanks for your comments. Do you mean a photo of my hot water tank?
I’m going to get back onto BG tomorrow, they really need to fix this properly.

It is not clear whether you have a Vented or Unvented system. If you do not know, then a picture of the hot water tank and surrounding pipework would help to identify what you have. It may or may not be relevant to your problem but good to have all the facts anyway.

If system has F&E tank in loft could a stuck floatvalve cause these symptoms.

I guess if the valve is stuck closed so the tank cannot be kept topped up, and the tank has slowly emptied over time, but that's extremely rare.

My WB boiler gurgles when the condensate pipe is blocked, usually when it's frozen outside. OP says BG cleaned out a blocked condensate trap.  Perhaps they need to go further and ensure that the external condensate pipe is not blocked.

There is evidence of a small leak, which could have gone unnoticed in warmer weather and I doubt if any of the engineers who have been out went up to check.
Indeed they may not be allowed to if service plan is just for boiler.

Get the manufacturer to come out if BG can't fix it. Argue about who pays later.

I had similar with my Vaillant boiler. It sounded just the same as a frozen condensate pipe. As I recall it needed the internal condensate trap replacing.

That's a vented system, Jinty, at atmospheric pressures, so has a wee F&E tank in the loft, and no pressure gauge.
    (Almost certainly)
Do you have easy access to the loft so could have a look in the tank?
I suspect, tho', it's more straight-forward, as Eldi and Vorti suggested; a blocked condensate trap seemingly gurgles, and BG have been out to clear it. So, apart from the wee drip, it's now working ok?
The condensate pipe is often (always?) a push-fit into the trap, so fair chance the tiny leak is from there.
There's a leak - they need to come out. Once more
Is your maintenance/repair contract for your whole system, or just the boiler?

@ThisIsWeird its cover for the whole system. Apart from the wee leak, the gurgling gets louder & louder till the pilot light starts flickering then cuts out. Had another shot at bleeding rads this afternoon, tiny amount of air, negligible really.
Im going to get in touch with BG tomorrow. I’ll update on the outcome.
    Thanks for all your advice.
