Hi, I received a parking charge notice from Britannia Parking (registered BPA) and am adamant I paid at the pay & display (I saw it confirmed on the screen, but don't have a receipt). My son was with me at the time and he confirmed he saw the payment accepted via my credit card. There were 2 pay and displays side by side…
