You won't be paying! There's no need for that.
The new statutory DLUHC code of practice does allow at least 15 minutes and does take account of mitigating circumstances.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The MP has received a response from Parkingeye in which they have cancelled the charge as a gesture of goodwill on this occasion.I had compiled a robust letter with 6 points but it won’t be needed now. Appreciate all the information and moral support I got here. I think I’ll avoid private car parks in future after this experience.3

Hi Frankenstien1
I encountered the same problem as you did but when I contacted the MP. He just advised me to speak to the person in charge of the temple. So, could you advise me who did you contact please?
