'hand it in'??
You'll be emailing it, won't you?
You have had four weeks to show us. Let's hope someone knowledgeable has time to comment in the next couple of days.2 -
in retrospect has now been brought to the defendant's attention that it was in fact an ANPR controlled car park, on entering the car park the driver was unaware of the parking space being that of a private parking firm, asRemove ALL of the above and remove the word 'assumed' & replace it with 'believed'.
You are emailing it and will need an auto-email receipt back. That's all for this first stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Firstly Happy new year to you all.
Secondly i recieved an email from DCB legal containing their n180. Stating they have read my defense and will be proceeding with the case. Also that i am required to fill out an n180 too.
I am not sure where to get one0 -
That's alarming that you weren't expecting this and don't know what to do, given it's in the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread (which KeithP carefully put together, to stop people having to ask).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I know this place and the signs are not clear, it's a money trap
What DCBL say and actually do is two seperate things plus, Reading County Court is NOT a fan of parking claims, especially those who add fake amounts like DCBL
Happy to meet up and discuss this with you once you have followed Coupon-mads advice0 -

Congrats on the birth of twins - wow! I'm a mum of 4 (born in a seven year span) but kudos to you for coping with two babies at once.
