Good grief the last place to ever look for advice is facebook!Such a pity you caved in to their bullying threats that is exactly how scams work and the deadline approach makes it all seem urgent that's used by every scammer going.UKPC will have persuaded the landowner that they desperately parking management which they have provided for free just to catch people out, you have now contributed to Ruperts next Mercedes. It seem like the introduction of UKPC has proved to be a thorn in the side for this retail park, who must be wondering if they have made the right decision:

A disappointing outcome, especially after you got in touch with the Managing Agents who would most likely been able to help you.
Now you've paid it, the case is closed and your money is gone. If the Managing Agent says they can cancel it, you'll have to say you've paid. We would have been there throughout to ensure you paid nothing.
You unfortunately just got scammed by UKPC and your money is just going to pay for another round of cocktails at their Christmas Party.3 -
As above - unfortunately poster is not alone - guess who will be having the usual very merry Christmas (but here's hoping not the usual completely happy new year):-"Steve Gooding, director of the RAC Foundation, said:“If only the rest of the economy was booming like the private parking sector, perhaps we’d all be feeling more prosperous.“Private parking looks set to be a billion pound-a-year business, if it isn’t already, with demands for up to £100 a time being sent out to drivers at the rate of more than one every three seconds."2
