HTB transfer - Halifax to Yorkshire BS

Final (hopefully) update - it's done!
Seems Halifax had already sent the form that YBS wanted, but via snail mail, and at Christmas... and it was probably sitting in someone's in-tray for a while too.
The balance is showing in my YBS account, and they've confirmed that the interest is backdated to when the Halifax account closed. They said something odd about backdating it due to exceeding their own timescales, not sure how that's relevant but the date seems correct so I am now backing away and not touching it again.
Whole process, from first requesting the forms to seeing it in the new account - well over 3 months. Even the person at the YBS agency was bemused at how long it had taken.
Last time I transferred (Santander to Halifax) it was super fast.0
