Probably not as you enter a code on the screen to reset this unit, but if you can't get that far...

It depends why the phone won’t start.
If it’s because the battery is very flat (say you’ve let it drop below 20% regularly) then you might stand a chance. Deeply discharged lithium based batteries need a lot of coaxing.
Plug the phone in to charge and leave for an hour, with the phone plugged in then try to turn it on.If it won’t turn on then leave for another hour and try again. If that doesn’t work then leave until the next day and have a last try.If the phone gets hot at any time then immediately unplug it.If the phone turns on at anytime then leave it to charge until it says 100%1
