As mentioned in my post above, these are from last year. The rates for next year should be published on 31st January 2024.
Also important to note that we don't yet know if the overall caps will be increased or not - the wording in the budget suggests there will still be a cap, but it is unclear if the level of the cap will be increased.
For information, the current cap levels were calculated as the 30th percentile from 2020 for outer London, plus 20%. If this is not changed, the rates in most of Inner London will not increase.0
