tried the complaint route, but get a reply saying that as there was no proof of any shopping at the store, there was nothing they were able to do. I did explain in the complaint that I didnt keep any receipts for the shopping as didnt think it would be necessary.
So now I should wait until 28 days then appeal to ECP?0 -
just to update - succesfully cancelled by store manager. As the deadline for 'appeal' with ECP is 8/12 should I contact them or just leave it and only contact them if I get any further correspondence?1
