The evidence I have that it is cancelled is twofold at the moment.LithT said:Did Parking Smart send you some sort of letter or email saying that its cancelled?
1). Email from the business site telling me they have confirmed the PCN has been cancelled.
2). Checking on the smart parking website (after receiving above email) with the PCN number says 'There is no outstanding charge for the PCN'. Evidence of this recorded.
I'm pretty sure it's cancelled, but if there is any more attempts from smart parking or the debt collector letters, the evidence chain is undisputable I think.1
