Just do concise comments about what you've spotted.    You could literally put this as your comments:

One of the points I made was that the signage cannot be seen in the dark ‘at the time the car would have been parked’ they dispute this by saying the pictures I’ve taken are at night and theirs are during the day so I should of been able to see them as the attendant did when they issued the PCN. Baffling I know.
Needs to be concise like the above and you CAN'T add new evidence.  Your appeal is also NOT 'my claim'. Wrong word.

Ok I’ll just keep the above you’ve quoted then but save the draft for if it goes any further?

    Thanks

    How about

One of the points I made was that the signage cannot be seen in the dark ‘at the time the car would have been parked’ they dispute this by saying the pictures I’ve taken are at night and theirs are during the day so I should of been able to see them as the attendant did when they issued the PCN and therefore haven’t breached the BPA CoP. Baffling I know.

Hi all, POPLA decision is ‘unsuccessful’.

I have gone back to the newbies and it looks like I’m now on to ignoring the debt collector letters, which I am absolutely fine with, just wondered if I should be approaching the PPC now with the ‘put up or shut up’ approach as mentioned before, to avoid the added fees, although I am a bit wary of this as the decision from POPLA was unsuccessful of course.

Any advice welcome and thanks in advance

    Yes I would do that.

Tell them the case remains disputed on very solid grounds, thus they should sue this year if they think they have a case, and not farm it out to 'debt collector' thugs and not add the laughable £70 that their mates at the Trade Body have tried to get past the Government.

Good evening all hope you are all well,

I have done my AOS and I am finalising my defence and am wondering if I can use the extra paragraphs from the template where it says ‘most claims do not even state the alleged breach’

my POC just says my vehicle reg and where the car was parked on which date, and then says, ‘the defendant is pursued as the driver of the vehicle for breach of the terms on the signs (the contract) Reason: parked without paying for a valid parking session.

Is that sufficient on their side? To just say ‘whatever was on the sign’ or can I add the extra paragraphs stating ‘preliminary matter, this should be struck out’

Any help appreciated thanks again all

You didn't say you had a claim.  Did they add the fake £70 admin fee/damages?
