    I used one of the samples from the newbies thread. I sent ir to the legal team, and i googled an email address for burnley court as there was no email address to submit to the court on the letter? Is this correct?

    Yes if it was the Burnley Hearings email address. I'd phone them to make sure it's been added to the file for the hearing.

    In court and civil enforcement are now claiming dpuble the amount shes just advised theyre going for 570 for travel costs and expenses

    Basically none of the witness statement template i wrote mattered, i just discussed that the tablet must have had an IT issue as i did enter my reg plate, and the logs show gaps. He then ruled in my favor! He did note that if he didnt civil enforcement would only be ablr yo claim 100 from me not the 570 they were scaring me with before we went in! 
    Absolute scum that company, IMHO.  How dare they lie about costs that can be awarded.
