British "justice" is a bit of a joke, given how much it depends on the mood of the judge/jury. Sorry you were a victim of it.

What an appalling judge. Truly awful and thankfully very rare indeed. So sorry. What a complete crock of crap she spouted.

VCS v Carr is NOT about the facts of the PCN/defence! It's about setting aside a CCJ that arose from a claim sent to an old address. She was clueless.
